Join the Gaston County Beekeepers for their annual Bee School and learn everything you need to know to get started in beekeeping. The course covers beekeeping history, bee anatomy and behavior, setting up and managing your hive, keeping your bees healthy, nectar sources and blooming times and honey production and marketing. The school starts on Monday, January 22, 2018 and lasts until March 26, 2018. We meet every Monday night from 7 – 9 p.m. here at the Citizens Resource Center, 1303 Dallas-Cherryville Hwy., Dallas, NC 28034.
