Description: During the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program lessons you will learn how to make healthy meals on a budget and incorporate physical activity into your daily life. Lesson 5 is "Choosing More Fruits and Vegetables" where we will learn about the benefits of fruits and vegetables and discuss how to add them to our meals everyday.  We will also be making "Super Stir-Fry" together.
