Description: During the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program lessons you will learn how to make healthy meals on a budget and incorporate physical activity into your daily life. Lesson 3 is "Plan: Know What's for Dinner" where we will learn how to create a weekly meal plan for our families so we can save money on groceries and save time cooking during the week. We will also be trying "Chicken and Broccoli Quiche."
