Come and enjoy fellowship while we stuff pillows for the surgical patients at the hospital. Bring needles, and straight pins if you are able to whipstitch the small opening closed………….otherwise you can just stuff and others will close! If we have a big group, we may even need some people to cut out more pillows and machine sew them! We will have a job for everyone who wants to help! We will hold two sessions……..one afternoon and one evening session so all have an opportunity to help. We will have a light lunch or supper to add to the fellowship. CALL AND RESERVE YOUR SPOT SO WE HAVE ENOUGH FOOD PREPARED.___________Registration Deadline: Thursday, Feb. 14th.

Participants will learn how to: prevent low blood sugar; prevent and delay complications of diabetes; eat well; use medications effectively; manage pain, fatigue and depression; and solve problems/set goals

Join us for this free nutrition education lesson series for parents where you will learn how to fee your family healthy meals on a limited budget and improve your family's overall health. During each EFNEP lesson participants will learn new tips about healthy eating and adding physical activity into daily life. Participants will work together to prepare a new healthy recipe each week.
