During the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program lessons you will learn how to make healthy meals on a budget and incorporate physical activity into your daily life. Lesson 1 is an "Introduction to the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program" where we will analyze our current diet to see where we can improve. We will also be making a fruit salad.
