Join us for a hands-on homesteading workshop where you’ll learn the essential skills needed to live a self-sufficient lifestyle. Taking place on Sat Sep 30, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. (EDT), this event is perfect for anyone interested in getting back to basics and embracing a simpler way of life.

Located at 1006 Eastern Ave, Nashville, NC 27856, our workshop will cover various topics, including gardening, backyard poultry, food preservation, composting & vermiculture, and beekeeping basics. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through each step, providing valuable tips and tricks. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, meet like-minded individuals, and gain the confidence to start your homesteading journey. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to reconnect with nature and learn practical skills that will empower you to live a sustainable lifestyle.

Participants will have the opportunity to choose which sessions they want to attend. Everyone will attend the opening session, what to do with 5 acres, and then we will break out into breakout sessions. We will all come back together for a lunch presentation and then break out into our afternoon breakout session and come back together to close the program.
