Learn the basics of backyard shiitake mushroom cultivation, from selecting varieties and growing materials to inoculating and maintaining logs and harvesting mushrooms. This hands-on workshop will guide you through preparing and inoculating logs, and each participant will take home at least one fully inoculated log to grow their own mushrooms.
