Job Description Linda J. Minges, MPH, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian and provides a variety of nutrition, wellness, food safety, and financial resource management programs. Minges collaborates with dietetic internship programs of Appalachian State, Lenoir-Rhyne University, NutraCo, and Winthrop University to provide community-based learning experiences for graduate students.
