The EMG Pollinator Photo Contest is held annually in conjunction with local Gaston County nurseries to promote the fundamental need of pollinators in our community. In an effort to raise awareness for pollinators and allowing them to live freely in our community, this year they have teamed up with the Master Gardener Group of Gaston County, the N.C. Cooperative Extension - Gaston County Center and Stowe Nursery to offer the 2024 Pollinator Photo Contest.
Our Extension Master Gardener Volunteers take great pride in caring for our local pollinators and supports happy, healthy environments for them; but they can't do in alone! We invite residents of all ages in Gaston, Cleveland and Lincoln Counties to participate in this year's contest!
