Our online workshops provide convenience – sessions are recorded and shared with participants so that you can learn and listen whenever works best for you! Webinar:  Making Sense of Food Labels

Do you find food labels confusing? Want to better understand food labels to help manage your health? If so, this session is for you! Participants will learn how to use food labels in preventing or managing chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood lipids (cholesterol and/or triglycerides), and weight management.

Webinar:  Cooking Smart with Fall Foods

Learn how to make tasty, delicious, and EASY meals using the bounty of fall fruits and vegetables. Featured NC fruits and vegetables include: apples, bok choy, brusssel sprouts, leafy greens, pears, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes. Includes recipes, preparation, and storage tips.

Webinar:  Med Instead of Meds

Wednesday, September 16 – October 21, 2020 | Noon–1 p.m.The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. Great tasting and good for you! The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more. Online sessions include:
