New Program Starting Soon: Eat Smart, Move More!

Are you interested in learning how to be healthy and fun ways to be physically active at home? If the answer is yes, make sure to sign up for EFNEP’s Eat Smart, Move More program beginning September 28th! This is a six-week program taught by our EFNEP educator, Judith Garcia and Gaston County Department of Health & Human Services health education coordinator, Ashlyn Wadsworth.
You can participate from the comfort of your home! In this series you will learn:

– Easy and healthy recipes
– Home workouts
– Food safety tips and tricks
– Cooking on a budget

Additionally, once you complete the course you will receive:

– Cutting boards
– Water bottles
– Measuring cup and spoons
– The EFNEP cookbook (Which is filled with many tasty recipes!)
