Learn about seasonal pests to prepare for this time of year. Also, pesticide rotation is something preached across multiple agricultural industries. It is often misinterpreted as using different products. While this is true in part, in order to ensure a good rotation you must make sure you are using proper preventative IPM and rotating sites of action to combat resistance. This course will teach you some basics for preventative IPM and introduce some unique preventative practices being utilized around the United States. Fundamentals on proper pesticide rotation and sources for checking your active ingredient’s site of action will be learned as well.
